• Our website builds a quote request, not an order. Totals on the site are estimates only. Nothing is booked until we confirm the details with you.
• A non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
• Full payment is due the day before the event.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

• Prices exclude delivery. Delivery fees are quoted by location and delivery times are pre-arranged.
• All equipment is delivered and collected by us. We do not offer customer collections.
• Packages exclude labour. Optional operators are available at R400 for 3 hours.
• Larger events are quoted via WhatsApp or email.
• Opened extra syrup and consumables are charged in full.
• Gelato sugar cones are R4 extra each, and extra coffee station cups are R45 each.
• Brownie and gelato is not available for corporate events.

All prices shown are our standard rates for private events. They don't apply to corporate events. Corporate rates are quoted on request.

• Adult supervision is required. Children must be supervised at all times and follow the safety rules.
• Please provide a safe, reliable power supply and a sturdy table. We are not liable for power failures or load shedding.
• Equipment may not be moved or tampered with once it is set up.
• Outdoor equipment must be protected from bad weather.

• You are responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen equipment while it is with you.
• You are liable for damage or excessive cleaning.
• We are not liable for misuse, injury, loss or circumstances beyond our control.

We love showing off our setups, so photos of your setup may be used for marketing. Just tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will keep them private.
