We deliver, set up and collect every castle ourselves. Our team arrives before the party, sets the castle up on a flat, clear spot (grass is best) and makes sure it's secure, then comes back to fetch it afterwards. All you need is a safe plug point nearby for the blower and an adult keeping an eye on the kids while they jump.

Questions
How much space do I need for a jumping castle?
The 3x3 castles need a flat area of about 3 by 3 metres and the 4x4 castles about 4 by 4 metres, plus a little room around the sides for the blower and for safety. The Gladiator Slide is 6 by 3 metres and 4 metres high, so check for overhead wires and branches. Not sure your garden is big enough? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
Do you deliver and set up the jumping castle?
Yes. We deliver, set up and collect every castle ourselves, so there are no customer collections. Delivery times are arranged with you beforehand and the delivery fee is quoted for your area.
Does a jumping castle need electricity?
Yes. The blower runs the whole time the castle is up, so we need a safe, reliable plug point close by. If load shedding is expected, chat to us about a backup plan.
What happens if it rains?
Jumping castles must be protected from bad weather and can't be used in the rain or strong wind. If the forecast looks bad, chat to us early. Moving your booking to another date is possible, subject to availability.
How do I book a jumping castle?
Add the castles you like to My Party and send your request. We'll check availability and send you a quote on WhatsApp. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, and the balance is due the day before your event.
